Rental Conditions

Our hire agreement is governed by these Rental Terms and Conditions and your personalised Rental Booking Form. These documents form a binding contract between you and Adelaide Luxury Car Hire (operated by 24K Luxurious Events). We may update these terms from time to time.

All drivers must hold a current, valid driver’s licence appropriate for the class of vehicle hired. A minimum age requirement may apply, and additional conditions may be outlined in your booking form. You must also ensure compliance with all road laws and licensing obligations.

Rental fees include GST and are outlined in your booking form. Additional costs may apply for tolls, fuel top-ups, excess kilometres, late returns, or damage. Prices are subject to change without notice unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

A Security Deposit (bond) is required before vehicle handover. Final charges will be deducted from the bond if applicable. Remaining amounts (if any) are refunded within 7–30 days after the vehicle is returned in acceptable condition. Payments must be made in full before the hire commences.

Vehicles can be delivered to and picked up from nominated locations upon request. Additional fees may apply. You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle with a staff member before taking possession and ensuring any pre-existing damage is recorded.

You are responsible for any fines, tolls, or parking infringements incurred during your rental period. A $99 processing fee applies if we are required to manage any penalty on your behalf. Your agreement details may be shared with authorities if required by law.

You are liable for damage caused during the hire unless excluded by policy. Misuse, prohibited driving (e.g. off-road, intoxicated, racing, or unauthorised driver use) voids coverage and may result in full liability. Always return the vehicle clean, on time, and with a full fuel tank (or refuelling fees apply).
